Run extractors (sync)
Reads platform analytics for the configured lookback window and
writes rows to ~/.cff/metrics.duckdb.
Push to Twenty
Upserts daily rollups into Twenty's engagementMetric
object. Optional notes rollup writes a markdown summary into
the Persona.notes field.
External platform id
Per-account ids like instagram_business_id,
linkedin_organization_urn the paid extractors need.
